Prepare the following supporting documents for account opening in person at the Company's office
(21/F, Champion Building, 287-291 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong.)
fill in the "Cash Client Agreement", and have the Company's registrant sign the application form as a witness.
♦ If you apply for online trading, you must sign the "Supplementary Agreement on Online Securities Trading".

Supporting documents required to open an account

A. Individual or joint accounts

a) Copy of identity document of the account holder
b) Copy of proof of residential address within the last 3 months (e.g. electricity bill, water bill or bank statement)

B. Company account (certified true copy)

a) Memorandum and Articles of Association
b) Certificate of Incorporation
c) Business Registration Certificate
d) Board resolution approving the application for account opening and appointing an authorized person to operate the account
e) A copy of the Hong Kong Identity Card or a valid passport of all directors and authorized persons of the company
f) Audited accounts for the latest financial year
g) Director/ Shareholder personal guarantee

C. British Virgin Islands and other companies outside Hong Kong

a) All documents required to open a company account
b) Proof of address within the latest 3 months
c) Certificate of incumbency or registered agent confirming current directors and officers
d) True information of beneficial ownership of the company

Online trading

Upon receipt of the Cash Client Agreement, Supplementary Agreement to Internet Securities Trading and the supporting documents submitted by you, the Company will immediately proceed with the approval process, and upon approval, you will be issued with an account number and login password and sent by email within 3 days. After you have installed the trading software (available in the "Trading Software Download" section of this website), you can access the trading platform with the above "Account Number" and "Login Password" to trade. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to change the password regularly. Before placing a stock purchase instruction, the client must deposit sufficient funds into the Company's bank account.
